Coaching

Life Coaching is a collaborative process between the coach and you, the client, during which the coaching relationship continually gives all the power back to you, the client. I believe that we each have the answers within us to every question or challenge we may encounter in life, even if at times those answers appear to be obscured, concealed or hidden inside.  Life coaching is about finding your inner answers, and moving forward using your own inner brilliance.

 

Life Coaching occurs over 5 sessions.It starts with a free exploratory session, during which I ask questions to help you develop clear intentions and outcomes and to see if we both feel coaching is a good fit for you.

 

During each subsequent session, you will be  talking about what is happening in your life, as I continue to ask questions, and based on your input, offer reflections or insights to help you gain deeper insight into your process, and your path ahead. I will also give small “homework” assignments.  An example of an assignment may be to write in a journal for 15 minutes a day.with a particular prompt or theme for each day,

 

During the final session, we review where we started, and look at any aha! takeaways or changes made during the weeks sessions were held.
